In September 2016, founders Carlos and Alvaro moved to Shanghai, China to live what they called “the year of their life” while studying architecture. During their stay there, they were surprised to discover the possibility of making custom suits at affordable prices for students. With the visit of Juan, also in love with this idea, they decided to bring this idea to Spain and allow everyone to have access to custom suits, although they did not know how to start.
In February 2020, the three friends decided to try to carry out their tailor-made suit project, but they were faced with a global pandemic. However, they took advantage of the time of confinement to lay the foundations of the project and develop an action plan. They had no experience in the world of e-commerce, nor a large capital, but they were determined to move forward. During the first month, they managed to sell 20 suits to their acquaintances and the project began to become a reality.

To improve and offer a special quality, the team hired Sergio Fernández de la Fuente, a tailoring consultant for well-known brands in the sector, to teach them the love and knowledge of tailoring. Sergio taught them about fabric quality, its composition, color, pattern, and sartorial rules. In addition, they hired Luis Encabo, a sales and marketing expert, to help them take the project to the next level and bring together all aspects of the digital marketing world.
Acting impulsively, the founders hired a management company, created a website and scheduled an appointment with a notary to set up their company. Perhaps without that lack of reflection they would not have dared to take the step, but thanks to it, today they have the opportunity to offer quality custom suits in Spain. Their goal is to become a benchmark in the market, to dress you for the most important day of your life, to provide that class that sets you apart in a job interview and that makes you feel good about yourself at any event.
