Returns and Adjustments Policy

At Bund, our mission is to help and inspire our customers to look their best and reach their full potential by creating high-quality, well-fitting clothing while always maintaining excellence in what we do. We take this mission very seriously, and our returns and adjustments policy is key to achieving this. We are fully committed to our products and want you to be delighted with all your Bund garments. We also want you to take advantage of our custom fitting options so you can find the perfect fit for you. 

With this in mind, we've created this return policy so you can easily return items you don't like, and have custom garments remade in other sizes at no additional cost. 

Of course, there are some limits. Here we explain what they are so you know what to expect. 

 

Adjustments.  

Terms.  

  • Any MTM product that is not picked up within 30 days after adjustments are made will not be covered by the company. The length of the garment will be determined by the store manager. Furthermore, the company will not be responsible for its loss or poor condition.  
  • Any MTM product delivered complete or incomplete to the customer will not include post-customization. This is unless there is time to perform this customization before the customer's event.  
  • The final ironing on the table is not included in the price paid by the customer with the order. If a final ironing on the table is requested for the day of the event, there will be a fee to be discussed with the staff depending on the physical space.  
  • If the client experiences weight changes greater or less than 3 kg, the company will not be responsible for girth adjustments. In this case, adjustments based on garment length will be. This can be demonstrated by weighing in at each visit.  
  • Any adjustments to existing adjustments that clients wish to make will be at the client's expense.  
  • Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for fitting a garment that is not from the brand.  
  • The company will not be responsible for any garment that is not picked up within 30 days after fitting. It will not be responsible for its loss or poor condition.  
  • Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for the loss or poor condition of the garment after 60 days from the First Fitting notice.
  • Once the fitting process is complete and the garment is ready for delivery, the order will not be held in the store for more than 24 hours, without exception.  
  • If MTM or RTW garments are misused after the event, the company will not be responsible for any adjustments or rework that may be required to restore them to their original condition.

 

Returns and Repetitions.  

Terms. 

  •  If the garment comes with a pattern error and the adjustment has not been corrected after the event, if the event is held within the next 14 days, the refund will be issued if the customer requests it. If we have more than 14 days, the company will be responsible for correctly remaking the garment within the timeframe prior to the event, with the possibility of adjusting it to the new garment.  
  • If the garment comes with a minor error, such as (screen printing color, screen printing font, cm on the flap), the garment will not be returned under any circumstances. The cost paid by the customer will be refunded.  
  • If the garment comes with any significant defects (such as a mistake in the fabric, jacket type, etc.), the customer may request a refund if the event is within the next 14 days. Before these 14 days, the company will be responsible for remaking the garment correctly within the timeframe prior to the event, with the possibility of fitting it to the new garment. Additionally, if the garment is remade, the customer will have the option of purchasing it with a 40% discount.  
  • If the error only occurs in one part of the order, the item in question will be refunded, but not the entire order. Unless this item compromises the other items, the refund will be processed.  
  • If the customer experiences a poor fit on our part and must attend the next event without a replacement garment, it will be replaced at a later date.  
  • Returns will only be approved by the head office, and refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after approval.
  • Returns of items that do not include measurements or customization will be accepted within 14 days of receipt. See additional information.
  • Returns of products purchased with a gift card will be refunded exclusively to another gift card (or by reactivating the original, if possible) for the corresponding amount. Under no circumstances will refunds for purchases made with a gift card be made in cash or through any other payment method.

 

Shipping and deliveries.  

Terms. 

  • Once the suit is delivered, you will be sent an email confirming that your order has been delivered. If delivery is not requested within 48 hours, the garment will be considered delivered.  
  • Once the garments have been used, they cannot be brought back for adjustment or repetition.  
  • If the garment is sent to your home either without prior fitting or after it has been fitted, the garments may arrive wrinkled.  
  • Shipping will be free for purchases over €150.  
  • Shipping included from €150 will be a shipment in folded box . For shipments in wardrobe boxes, the amount established for that shipping method must be paid .  
  • Bunditos SL will not be held responsible for any malpractice in the management of home delivery of the order by the logistics operator.  

 

Others.  

Terms. 

  • If the customer has a bust measurement over 125cm, a plus-size charge of €30/top garment and €15/shirt will be required. If the customer measures over 1145cm, the plus-size charge will be €50/top garment and €20/shirt. If multiple sizes are ordered, a plus-size charge will be required for all garments.  
  • If the customer has a hip circumference of more than 125 cm, a plus-size charge of +15 € per suit or pants will be required. If multiple suits or pants are ordered, a fee will be charged for all items.  
  • The sale must be closed no later than 24 hours after the sale time. Otherwise, the garment will be made using the information provided.  

 

Limited Refund and Refund Policy.  

The Limited Return and Adjustment Policy has more restrictions on returns and adjustments than the Standard Return and Remake Policy, and only applies to customers who have exceeded our return or remake threshold.  

If a customer is included in the Limited Returns and Adjustments Policy, they will receive clear notification from the Customer Service team when this change is made. The new policy will apply to purchases made after the notification date.  

If a customer is subject to the Limited Return and Adjustment Policy and continues to insist on returns or rework outside the limits of that policy, they may be completely restricted from making new purchases.  

If a customer under the Limited Returns and Rebate Policy creates multiple accounts on bundcompany.com, all accounts determined to have been created by that customer will automatically be subject to the Limited Returns and Rebate Policy and/or will be completely restricted from making purchases.  

Terms. 

  • If a customer is under the Limited Returns and Fittings Policy, we will not provide any fittings or replacement services. 
  • Returns of MTO products with a refund request are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
