Returns and Adjustments Policy

At Bund, our mission is to help and inspire our customers to look their best and reach their full potential by creating high-quality, well-fitting clothing while maintaining excellence in everything we do. We take this mission very seriously, and our returns and alterations policy is key to achieving it. We are fully committed to our products and want you to be delighted with all your Bund garments. We also encourage you to take advantage of our custom fitting options to find the perfect fit for you. 

With this in mind, we've created this returns policy so you can easily return items you're not happy with, and have custom-made garments remade in other sizes, at no extra cost. 

However, there are some limits. Here we explain what they are so you know what to expect. 

 

Adjustments.  

Terms.  

  • Any MTM product that is not collected within 30 days of alterations will not be subject to the company's responsibility for the costs of any adjustments requested by the customer regarding the garment's contours. Length adjustments will be at the discretion of the manager. Furthermore, the company will not be held liable for the loss or damage of the garment.  
  • Any MTM product delivered to the customer, whether complete or incomplete, will not include any subsequent adjustments. This does not apply if such adjustments cannot be made in time before the customer's event.  
  • Final ironing on a table is not included in the price paid by the customer with the order. If table ironing is requested for the day of the event, there will be an additional cost to be discussed with the staff, depending on the available space.  
  • If the customer experiences weight changes greater or less than 3 kg, alterations to garment size will not be covered by the company. However, alterations to garment length will be covered in this case. This can be verified by weighing the customer at each visit.  
  • Alterations are only included in MTM garments. RTW/MTO garments by size do not include any alterations.
  • Any adjustments to the adjustments already made that the clients wish to make will be at the client's expense.  
  • Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for adapting a garment that is not of the brand.  
  • Any garment that, after being prepared, is not collected within a maximum period of 30 days, the company will not be responsible for its loss or poor condition.  
  • Under no circumstances will the company be responsible for the loss or poor condition of the garment after 60 days from the First Fitting notice.
  • Once the adaptation process is complete and the garment is ready for delivery, the order will not be held in the store for more than 24 hours, without exception.  
  • Any misuse of MTM or RTW garments after the event will not be covered by the company, which will not be responsible for any alterations or rework required to restore them to their original condition.

 

Returns and Re-entries.  

Terms. 

  •  If the garment has a pattern error and it cannot be resolved after alterations, a refund will be issued if the event is within the next 14 days , provided the customer requests it. If there are more than 14 days, the company will remake the garment correctly before the event, with the option of alterations to the new garment.  
  • If the garment has any minor errors, such as (screen-printed color, screen-printed lettering, or lapel length in centimeters), under no circumstances will the garment be refunded. The cost paid by the customer will be refunded.  
  • If the garment arrives with a significant error (such as incorrect fabric, jacket type, etc.), the customer can request a refund if the event is within the next 14 days. Before those 14 days, the company will arrange for the garment to be remade correctly before the event, with the possibility of alterations to the new garment. Furthermore, if the garment is remade, the customer will have the option to purchase it at a 40% discount.  
  • If the mistake only occurs in one part of the order, the item in question will be refunded, but never the entire order, unless that item compromises the others.  
  • If the customer suffers from a poor fit on our part and has to go to the next event without a repeat of a garment, this will be repeated afterward.  
  • Returns will only be approved by the head office and the refund will be made effective within a maximum of 14 days after approval.
  • Returns of items that do not include a specific measurement or personalization will be accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. See accessories.
  • Returns of products purchased with a gift card will be refunded exclusively to another gift card (or by reactivating the original, if possible), for the corresponding amount. Shipping and delivery.  

Terms. 

  • Once the suit has been delivered, you will receive an email confirming delivery. If the suit is not claimed within 48 hours, it will be considered delivered.  
  • Once the garments have been used, they cannot be brought back for alteration or repetition.  
  • If the garment is sent to your home either without a prior fitting or after one, the garments will possibly arrive wrinkled.  
  • Shipping will be free for purchases over €150.  
  • Shipping is included for orders over €150. Folded box . For shipments in a wardrobe box, the amount established for that shipping method must be paid .  
  • Bunditos SL will not be responsible for any malpractice in the management of the home delivery of the order by the logistics operator.  

 

Others.  

Terms. 

  • If the customer's chest measurement exceeds 119cm, a plus-size surcharge of €30 per top and €15 per shirt will apply. If the chest measurement exceeds 135cm, the surcharge will be €50 per top and €20 per shirt. If multiple items are ordered, the surcharge will apply to all garments. This applies only to basic fabrics. For imported fabrics, the surcharge will be based on the retail price per meter of the yarn.
  • If the customer's hip measurement exceeds 119cm, a plus-size surcharge of €15 per suit or trousers will be mandatory. If multiple items are ordered, this surcharge will apply to all garments. This applies only to basic fabrics. For imported fabrics, the surcharge will be in accordance with the retail price per meter of the yarn.
  • The sale must be finalized no later than 24 hours after the sale time. Otherwise, the garment will be made using the information provided.  

 

Limited Adjustments and Returns Policy.  

The Limited Alterations and Re-orders Policy has more restrictions on returns and alterations than the Standard Returns and Re-orders Policy, and only applies to customers who have exceeded our returns or re-orders threshold.  

If a customer is included in the Limited Returns and Alterations Policy, they will receive clear notification from the Customer Care team when this change takes effect. The new policy will apply to purchases made after the notification date.  

If a customer is under the Limited Returns and Alterations Policy, and continues to insist on returns or remakes outside the limits of that policy, they may be completely restricted from making new purchases.  

If a customer under the Limited Returns and Alterations Policy creates multiple accounts on bundcompany.com, all accounts determined to have been created by that customer will automatically be subject to the Limited Returns and Alterations Policy and/or be completely restricted from making purchases.  

Terms. 

  • If a customer is under the Limited Returns and Alterations Policy, we will not provide any alterations or re-replacement services. 
  • MTO product returns with a refund request are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
